Required for All Applications

To be considered, please submit the following:

• Most recent canine health examination

• Proof of Rabies vaccination

• Proof of Distemper vaccination

• Proof of Bordetella vaccination

• Your canine’s Microchip ID

• Current Flea, Tick & Heartworm treatment routine

• Confirmation that your canine is spayed/neutered

• A Veterinarian Reference

• A $100 investment in your canine’s journey (non-refundable)

If your application passes the initial screening, a pack counselor will contact you for more in-depth information about your home pack and potential canine leader.
This process may take up to a month, and we appreciate your patience.

In the next stage, we begin the matchmaking process — pairing your pack with one of our leaders. This may include:

• In-person visits

• Multiple conversations over time
